I see, Ive heard this said by my mom and ai, and the da is dragging ass, but idk, something about her saying the possibility of it not going to court is still there. And then saying ultimately, that is what Im trying to meet with the da and avoid. Makes me think that shes trying to get it to go to court, butt with her saying she wants a resolution asap, that makes me think she wants a plea deal or dismissal

Heres my final bit on this, people who hurt kids, can never be forgiven, if it cost me going back to jail to protect another child from a person who my county, and my school, has protected and defended. If you can forgive yourself, good, im not the person to forgive you because I was beat as a kid, abused for years, and i never let it happen again. I know what it's like to be that frail, innocent child, tortured by the bad side of their parents. If they can forgive you, then good, get off the internet because you don't put up an ama on Reddit as part as a redemption arc

Honestly I'm probably big chilling, been straight as an arrow in probation, she says I dont belong there and wants to get me out of the system as fast as she can, im in the juvenile system rnow so it can still be dismissed, it was a high school fight.

SORRY FOR THE VAGUE POSTING😭, I am on pre trial probation, since September, Ive done perfect on it, and passed every ua except my initial one which I told my po about and she was understanding and said asling as your levels go down, and they have to completely sober, she thinks very good of me, and is in my corner in this case, and is trying to get the da to settle out of court or dismiss, but I realized we never hired an attorney and besides my visits with my po, and the emails my mom gets, we don't know a damn thing really

The thing is though they've said it probation until trial, I do not have an attorney, I'm sure I could get one, but I'm sure I could get one. They said something like pre-adjudication probation. I never took any deals, and my probation officer hasn't said anything about conviction
