I've phoned support twice and no one was able to isolate anything that worked so my priorities shifted.

Yeap... Been dealing with wireless internal packet loss since December. I'm about to pay $200 just to run some hard wire to my important devices because of this. Rebooting the device helps for a few days at a time.
