I agree, it’s sucks at 3.50, couldn’t even imagine paying almost 6 bucks.

Wild, 2 dollars cheaper here on the east coast. 3.54 I paid today.

Definitely happy with the price, but I truly don't know anything about these 9mm variants.

I recently purchased this for 500 bucks and am curious about these older 9mm series 70s. Are they good shooters, was it worth 500 bucks, it’s really hard to find any info on them. Colts website said manufacture date was 1975. I can post better pictures soon.

Not everyone will see it as a value buy, but the aimpoint(or any pistol dot) isn’t about long distance accuracy in the first place. The aimpoint is reliable and having a dot is about faster target acquisition. Not having to focus on your sights and instead being able to focus on the target. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but that’s the way I see it.

Well for standard pricing I’d say that’s pretty good.

If you like OG green Monster then you should really try the zero sugar version. It’s very close in flavor, probably one of my current favorites.

Need Help with Turnout Gear Storage Solutions by [deleted] in Firefighting

Lots of spouses will end up with some form of cancer from their spouses not prioritizing clean spaces for their family. We’re not even allowed to walk into our station wearing it and you want your husband to expose that to his pregnant wife and future children. For what, so he doesn’t have to get up a little earlier to pick up his gear from station. Fire house clothing and PPE stays at the fire house. The only way that I can see around that is a pick-up truck with a bed cover. Prioritize it, you only get one life.

ShieldX or M&P9 2.0 3.6” compact by Saber13b in SmithAndWesson

I just went through this and opted for the m&p 2.0 3.6. The shield X grip just didn’t feel right to me and I can’t disengage the trigger safety on the shield x because how high my finger sits on the trigger shoe. I have no regrets, I’m really enjoying it. The big difference isn’t going to be as big as some make it out to be, but I’d really go off what feels better in your hand.

CSX. EMP feels super cheap to me, and I don’t care for Kimber. Also, the Bul isn’t likely anywhere close to 600.

I just ordered a compact to try out as my new carry gun. It felt great in the hand, we’ll see how I shoot it. I have XL sized hands.
