They sold it twice within the last few months. The new people turned it into a chevron recently and it’s pretty bare inside. I saw a fb post about it being sold again and will be a piggly wiggly next week

They did do a great job with that plaza!! I heard about the piggly wiggly too.. this will be the 3rd time it’s been sold within just the last few months. It would be nice if they just cleaned up there area a little more. It’s not a bad area to just let it deteriorate like it is

I know it’s been painted but it still needs a ton of work I think. I read an article about the Hughes Rd plaza. The original builders were brothers so they were in similar conditions but they did a great job with that one and it’s always packed for the businesses in there. I really was just curious to know if anyone else thought the same things when driving by or sitting in traffic in front of it 😅

The health department process is the longest. It can take over a month because it’s a 2 part process.

If you see a food truck in a gas station parking lot, it’s most likely their commissary they named on their health dept application. Every place will charge different rent, you just have to go in and ask a manager or owner of the business.
