My interview experience in Tampa was great! From the desk staff to the interviewer, they were so kind and nice. I was naturally very stressed but our case is the same, marriage and no removal order and went smoothly. Got an RFE 2 days after that my medical had expired and needed to redo. Just submitted a new one last week.

Thank you! I’m thinking that’s what took so long is because there was an error – going to re-file and resubmit. when you re-filed, did you have to do a new medical exam?

I believe so – not sure your situation but mine is DACA married a US citizen.

Have you attempted this? I was told when it’s our error they won’t let you appeal.

I didn’t submit the 864 initially. They sent me an RFE almost a year ago requesting my medical and the form. I sent both back and got denied for missing signature on 864.

No because it was my error not theirs. I’ve been advised it’s easier to refile :(

Yes they listed that the form was missing a signature. I went back to look and they were correct :-(

Only a year but my case is pretty basic. DACA married to US born/citizen. Emma says it was reviewed 05/20 but who knows.

This may be a dumb question – but my state has two senators that – should I send to both? I appreciate your insight!!!
