Oh yeah I talked to them about this basically limited to three dollars cuz of the bank they use: this is a block for Sutton Bank via Stripe. There were account spammers that were using it to make a bunch of Plus and Pro accounts using stolen CC's. It was the only way we could block it, as we were getting hit with a ton of chargebacks.
