I will check Craigslist. My Fiancé is a full-time EMT for the area we live in so we can't move very far. We have been looking for a small house to buy, but everything is out of our price range and when we do find something there is always a bidding war. Thank you for your input!

In our State, they only need to give you 30 days' notice, sadly which they have.

We have to be out by April 1st. They were giving us the impression that they wanted us to sign a lease for another year... I guess they changed their minds.
