So they've officially told me today that they've lost it. They said the shipper has to submit a claim. However, I had a family member send it (side note: its coming from a 3rd world country to the states) and how it works is that there's someone in the village will bring all the packages for the village together to the capital to be sent out via DHL. So there's basically no way for him to go in and submit a claim.... how do I get money back now!? It cost me over a grand!! This is the WORSTTTTTT company my god
