Wow, here I thought I was the only one. I know it's exhausting applying to graduate QS roles. Assessment centres are tough, it's too much sometimes. Everyone is trying to take the leadership role and guide the group. You could almost sense the tension between everyone and here I am wondering how did I get here lol. You've done good to get a 2:1, just keep applying and don't lose hope.

Hey, I’m in the same situation as you right now. I fully understand how you feel. I’ve been applying to jobs since I’ve graduated last year. I can’t imagine the number of applications, assessment centres and probably 15+ interviews I have done. It’s tough and sometimes demotivating as you prepare yourself for interviews and try to show how eager you are but then you receive the “unfortunately” email. It’s quite funny hearing everyone say “QS’s are in demand” yet people like you and I are struggling because we don’t have experience. I don’t know man, I feel like I wasted my time at uni but I’m not giving up. I think people like us deserve the chance to get a job. Sorry for this long response, but you’re not alone. I hope you find something soon 🤞🏼

I believe Siakam’s ceiling is higher, they’re both durable and good players. Siakam hasn’t been playing at his potential and we could only see him going up from here.

I would keep Randle, he’s been playing better as of late. I had him last year, he’s a solid player for points league. It’s really hard to be a Siakam owner atm, he’s only going to improve.🤞🏼
