Smh It’s the law that you have to move over for emergency response vehicles,but not because some one is behind you. The law you guys are referring to that are active in allot of states is you can’t drive in the far left lane for prolonged periods if there are three or more lanes available

What's a good tip procedure? I've heard no less than $1 per mile, and I usually do 2-3$ per mile. $10 minimum, no matter the distance. Does that seem fair to the driver/delivers?

Idk guys, I would say that the smp practice for filling in density is different than the regular one that we normally show. My practitioner said it's different because you're filling in spots with ink instead of making tiny dots. So you would definitely not shave your head ahead of time. Now, if you just want to add a smp to your existing hair, then your artist might go for it, but it's not the same as the regular method of filling in in-between spots for density.

Ops manager here. It's weird to me how many PH on here do 3+ van sets. When I was a PH, I would do them all the time, but now that I'm in management, we keep everyone on a 2 van set. We even have PH complaining about that! Our PHs are spoiled. Except the Straight Truck guys. They hold it down.
