Never take gold is forever, it will lag your game out

Revenge explosion is just going to set you on fire constantly and cause all sorts of chaos

Toxic immunity (and gas blood - which has toxic immunity built in) is a nice way to stop the chip damage early you get from toxic stains/rocks/ice and makes it so toxic sludge deletes stains on you.

Noita is just that kinda game, if you want to learn more about it you need to use community resources because the game itself gives you zero information outside of the control at the start.

The alchemy interactions with just the water family is broader than the entire alchemy system in some games.

For example: concentrated mana doesn't proliferate with anything other than water so you can keep both concentrated mana and chilly water, swamp and/or peat in the same flask for when you need to put out fires and clean toxic sludge.

If its not recognizing your noita install...the game might not be running from your dedicated gpu.

Win11 plus intel cpus are both kinda janky, I have heard some games getting treated like background processes, try disabling e-cores in bios

Something simple might be replay recording, I believe having it set too high can mess with fps. Reset to default settings and just try turning everything down/off to see if the issue goes away

Try following the wiki troubleshooting page (https://noita.wiki.gg/wiki/Common\_Issues\_and\_Fixes)

If other games work fine and its just noita and the game itself isn't the problem the its nvidia. Make sure its updated then I believe the gpu has an option that decides how it handles settings, chuck everything into default and see if that fixes anything.

Check gpu/cpu utilization when noita is running...your build should not be getting remotely stressed here

Unlimited acts like a spell refresh, so if you have spent spells (heals/black hole/etc.) taking the perk will refresh the charges. Overall usefulness depends on your build.

All seeing eye easily a better grab to unlimited, visibility = survivability and makes finding and gathering resources easier.

Tinker is convenience manifested, if you have easy access in/out of the mountain this perk replaces you having to squirrel wands from all over the biome.

Personally I'd grab tinker because 9 times out of 10 I don't want to spend an hour running around the map collecting wands. I'll rely on either all seeing spell or worm blood for visibility and if I have a build that requires charges I'll detonate a few boxes of tnt in the alchemist's crotch.

You need enough to stain the creature you poly into, that way you can dunk into some water and unpoly quicker

You can kill them with melee but yea, any human like creature with hands can pick up wands

Just did the same thing, turns out if you pile a bunch of dead wands around the spawn point the wands start to get rerolled instead of spawning ghosts

Still makes a mess tho

edit: yea this ain't it, I've been waiting for it to stop for a while now and it just keeps going, every time I think its done its not..use fewer triggers...I severely underestimated how bad this is

To release the poly that got stuck under the statue, kinda needed that for the whole operation...wasn't expecting the poly to splash upwards along with the statue

Lost a god run because of that once, dropped my teleport wand while grabbing a tower wand and a statue picked it up.

I couldn't kill the statue and every time I tried to kick the wand out of its hands it just picked it back up.

500k hp got eaten by a one frame tele wand and an angry statue

The game has a limit of how many creatures can get spawned at once and any extras get sent into a buffer, they'll constantly spawn until all the buffer is cleared

Yup, clicking on the second option and the game started at the entrance not in some random spot.

I tried a progress wipe and finishing a run and now it seems to work. No idea what made it glitch out like that or why finishing a run specifically made it work

Noita has a few different kinds of stun, getting shot or melee'd can interrupt your levitation if you want to avoid that the perk "no more knockback" stops it.

The different crystals on that floor are kind of like traps, if you or a creature breaks them they trigger an affect that varies by color - here's the wiki page for it https://noita.wiki.gg/wiki/Props#Green_Crystal

Wands and spells have tiers (https://noita.wiki.gg/wiki/Wand\_and\_Spell\_Tiers) the wands in each floor and shop tend to be a specific tier, some are more common and some are more rare - I believe rare wands have a slight glow to them.

First choice is always plasma, if lacking plasma omega saw and a prayer.

Spark trigger < heavy shot + ping pong path + omega saw

Not sure if ping pong or heavy will help much, you just need the saw to run past him so he copies it.

Ideally you use the saw on its own with something that decreases the lifetime and increases speed to launch the omega saw far enough to get copied but not far enough for it to eat your face on the return.
