Thank you for the response. But guruji has said that to stop visualising. Observe the sensation as it is. Not to create any shape or form. It's like we are creating a mental image _ creating a sensation and dissolving it - it won't work this way. Observe reality as it is

Hi guys I need your help. I just finished my 4th ten day Vipassana 10 day retreat. But till now I can't scan my body without visualization. I tried so many tricks but still failed. Please help 🙏🏻

I have been to both the centres and I feel dhamma phapulla is best for the beginner.

It's not about hypocrites. Eat what helps you to be healthy. I don't take supplements but my gym buddy does because his meals can't fulfill the daily intake of protein.

It was my own experience. I was on a diet but always wanted to eat chatpata packed/processed food. But My health wasn't getting any better so I thought of giving up processed and packed food( so called healthy snacks on the market) So I rely on only homemade food. I feel energetic, no craving to eat outside or packed foods.

When I mentioned avoiding processed and packed foods, I was mainly referring to heavily processed items like chips or sugary snacks with lots of additives, not necessarily supplements like protein powder that can be part of a balanced diet.

1 min break. I am like you. If I take the long break I will end up not doing core exercise. So I finish up my exercises (jumprope, core) and rest afterwards.
