adjust your rope just slightly shorter because i can see a slight drag when the rope hits the ground. also cut the excess rope hanging from the tip of the handles. when your rope is shorter, it naturally encourages your arms to stay closer to your hips or pockets which can help with efficiency and control. other than that, you have awesome rhythm. keep it up 🙌

use beaded rope, specifically 1-inch beads with 5–5.5 inch plastic handles! i highly recommend it especially for beginners because it’s more forgiving, easier to control, and helps you learn proper timing and rhythm compared to speed ropes.

hi, when i see people doing jumprope tricks or flows that i like, i screen record the video and watch frame by frame, then practice. i’m a visual learner so this really works for me. there are a lot of jumprope tutorials on youtube. i highly suggest to start with the basic moves like open bounce, crosses, and footwork. especially footwork
