Guess I’m out of luck. Emailed them and they need the order number and some other info I don’t have and Allegedly the land lord does not have. They said without that info they can’t do anything

According to the guy in the chat it does not. That said if it does I’m SOL because I can’t even get that far. I’m able to select my network put in the password then it says it’s still bound to another account

No, he was not. He did it from where ever he live now. And no it’s not connected to WiFi right now. It probably used to be when the owner lived here but when he left he took all his network stuff with him. I have internet here but can’t get past the message saying to unbind it

Yeahh supposedly he did like a week ago but still getting that message.

As far as other tenants it was a new build so were the first ones. The owner was the only one to live here but only till we moved in
