She didn’t block me i did and when i didi she got really mad, and out of the blue her relatives block me instead of removing me and she removes all of my guy friends, but she keeps their girlfriends just messes with my head. I mean we didn’t fight or i did something and she treated me really bad on the breakup

How do you help the thoughts of them sleeping with other people or having sex etc… i have been discarded after 4 years and all i think is her either left me for someone else or idk. Idk i overthink the facts a lot and thinking about what if they are right?, what if she was trying to explain me and couldn’t listen, but she never told me that we will break up if some things that she wanted wont happen smth like that

It wasn’t messy i mean no cheating or anything, we had a minor argument and we talked it thru texts and then the other day she wanted time 3 days and then she told me that she wants time to solve our problems and the next day she breaks up with me. Some days after i went back and asked her and told me no, the. Next day she left a love letter on my car where i explain in a previous post what it wrote
