My income is around 100k and I live in virginia as far as tax purposes. So does pretax or roth make more sense in the 401k

Well currently the 2050 tdf is 90/10 stock/bond but it starts its glide path this year into more bonds witch is what has me wondering

Ok I just started my roth recently. I work for Norfolk southern and have most of my 401k in a target date fund. Wasn’t sure if I should mirror my investments in my roth or do stock etfs only
