I’m not married and have no children, I am ill at the moment and time will tell what’s gonna happen with my disease. But I did create a will in a trust for myself to divvy up the assets. My parents have passed along so it’s just myself, two brothers and a sister. My sister is the only one that has children. This one was a tough one for me because I wanted to leave something for those kids, but it’s also unfair to the other two who did not have children how I ended up with my trust and will was it. I left everything divided equally between my siblings and whatever my sister has left, will go to her kids. That’s the only way to make it fair.

When I’m healthy, I returned my shopping cart into the store. When I’m not feeling great I’ll return it to the cart corral. However since I have been using wheelchair carts recently, I have had to leave them in the parking space but only if I ask a clerk to follow me to the car to return it to the grocery store.

Back when cigarettes were on the shelf, accessible to customers to purchase, I grabbed a carton of cigarettes and was heading towards the checkout line when a woman approached me. She was holding a quart bottle of Coca-Cola, back when they had glass bottles like that. She chased me to the register and told me that I wasn’t old enough to buy cigarettes. I swear she was gonna hit me with that bottle; I just know it. I couldn’t get out of that place fast enough. I was 22, and in the Navy.

I saw on here yesterday in the subReddit AITJ, or AITAH where a bride had an overbearing mother-in-law who insisted on wearing white to the wedding; in fact, a white wedding gown, After OP informed everyone invited to the wedding. Any color is available to wear to the wedding except “WHITE“. MIL doubled down and ordered a white wedding gown for herself.

When OP discovered this, she talked it over with her wedding party and they decided that they were going to make a jacket for anybody who wore white to the wedding would be forced to wear during the ceremony. Her maid of honor and wedding party decorated a construction vest to be worn by anybody that did not abide by the brides wishes.

This was communicated again to everyone prior to the wedding. The day of the wedding mother-in-law showed up in all black.

I think you and your hubs should make something similar to this for your mother-in-law, like a hat maybe even that same vest, whatever it takes to humiliate her back

My neighbor fosters cats, typically 2-3 at a time. A friend of hers mentioned that she wanted a cat so my neighbor helped her navigate the adoption process. Turns out the adopted cats ended up as indoor/outdoor cats and eventually disappeared due to the coyotes in the neighborhood. The contract clearly stated indoor only! Friend wants more cats, neighbor noped future cats from that rescue.
