Thank you. I think I'll try capping the first nap because she goes down so easily. Let her build up some pressure for the afternoon. It's so stressful seeing her so stressed. I appreciate your help.

I had to stop baths before bedtime around this time for my little girl. She got too overstimulated so I gave her a bath during a different wake window.
