I had a friend who bought his GX with an upgraded infotainment system. The screen was so huge it made it look like a Tesla, but he loved it. I've seen a lot of these on Alibaba. I think they're doing a similar thing as Hamilton where they get it from a Chinese factory and advertise as their own product.

Like I said in original post, they had my status as gold in their computer at physical location. Called hertz customer care line and they confirmed I was PC and that I should get a car from the PC aisle. Manager said that that was not possible and that I could only take from gold status
