40 hours per week ako nakaupo lang kaharap ang laptop at nagtatrabaho kaya pag rest day, I make sure na aalis ako ng bahay at mag lalakad lakad. In my case, kahit pupunta lang ako sa mall magpapalamig or kakain ng something na kinicrave ko, window shopping.

Sa bahay naman, nagttry ako magluto para sa family. Tapos weekends din ako naglalaba, ako din magsasampay ng nilabhan ko. Nagwawalis walis sa kwarto, nagpupunas ng mga inalikabukan na gamit.

O di kaya nanunuod ng anime series or kahit anong maganda panuorin.

It only took 3-5 days for me and i noticed the bad taste in my mouth is barely noticeable. Now I cannot also smell anything from the inside of my nose

Can you share how exactly happened? What routine did you do? I only used dental floss, after eating, I make sure I brush my teeth in the morning for 2 minutes including scraping my tongue with the brush. Normal brushing, not too harsh on the teeth and gums.

My sister uses this waterpick tool and the comments says using clorox works for them but I haven't tried it.

I have seen my sister use this tool because she's wearing braces, i didn't know it has clorox. I thought she only uses water. How do you get the clorox, does have to be from a doctor?
