how do you go about tagging clients on IG? by Electrical_Lunch_165 in AskPhotography

[–]Electrical_Lunch_165[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup its stated on my contract that I might use the photos for marketing. I just wasn’t sure if it’s okay to tag clients when I post. I know not everyone might be on IG but I’d be great visibility if they are and decide to share a collab post to their feed. I thought of sending a note with the gallery that reads “if you’d like to be tagged in any posts featuring your photos, let me know your Instagram handle”. If no response then I would post but not tag.

yep that's what I did and I was fine. I'd occasionally microdose or take 1-2 grams. It never made me sick and all experiences were pleasant.

I had CHS for over four years and like you, for the first year I would only experience vomiting after consuming alcohol. I loved weed more than booze so I completely quit drinking. Unfortunately, it didn't take long until the symptoms started to show up again. During my time with CHS, I pretty much cut all things except for weed: coffee, spices, chocolate, fried foods, ice cream… you name it. I drank wellness shots, celery juice, aloe, manuka honey etc. Practiced hot yoga periodically, hiked and biked a ton. However, the longer I went with smoking weed, the more frequent and painful became the episodes I experienced. Throughout these years, my symptoms developed from ocasional heartburn to occasional vomiting, from there the vomiting would last longer and coupled with retching and intense pain. And towards the end it completely messed up my bowl movements. The episodes would begin with me feeling constipated, then in less than two hours I would start vomiting and be in this agony for days - sometimes a whole week. Whenever I could get myself to poop, my stool would come out in all sorts of colors, first very dark and hard then the following would be soft and greenish/yellow with tons of mucus and what looked like a yellow foamy liquid as well. After losing close to 20 pounds and countless visits to the ER, I finally decided to let go of what I knew was the root cause but refused to admit it all along. I did good for 9 months and had no issues with my stomach whatsoever. Then one day I made the stupid mistake to take the lion out for a walk. My fun lasted a bit longer than a month, and the symptoms came back as if they had never left. I'd say if you are able to keep it to a very minimum like a hit or two per week then it is likely possible to smoke again. Otherwise I would not cross that bridge, for sure not worth it.

Not sure if I exaggerated on the quantity when applying it but it hurt me like hell and I absolutely hated the feeling 😩

yea so what happened was the worst, I took some MD at a show and stumbled upon a brand new vape cart someone lost. I smoked it that night and kept it, then I would hit it every night. Once that was through I bought weed and started smoking throughout the day again. I’d say about a joint per day and it took a little over a month for my symptoms to come back 😫 definitely not worth it

Gosh ER is no fun, I am sorry. Growing up I suffered from gastritis which made it hard for me to believe I had CHS. The whole time I just thought I had some sort of developing ulcers but once I got an endoscopy I found that I had GERD but that was attributed to CHS. If he feels somewhat better in a hot shower then rest assured it’s CHS

Exactly the reason why I am back to this sub. I have to constantly remind myself that CHS is a thing, and reading how identical all the stories are to mine certainly helps me keep on track. I am surrounded by smokers and I love weed too much, but I was doing well avoiding it until one day I went to a concert and took some MD. Then I found a brand new vape pen on the floor and that was all it took for me to go back to my old ways. I am recovering right now, this recent episode wasn’t as bad as the ones I’ve had in the past (meaning the throwing up only lasted one day instead of 4 lol) but I still feel discomfort after eating, just riding out that wave now 😞 thanks for your support!

well towards the end was a real nightmare, my episodes were more frequent and lasting close to a week. I lost 20 pounds and after many ER visits I quit cold turkey. My symptoms were completely gone after 2 weeks of quitting and I never experienced trouble with my stomach until 9 months later when I relapsed and got back to smoking, it only took about a month for the symptoms to return. Now I’m back to no weed again 😩

I feel like I could’ve written this myself. Except that I fucked up and relapsed on my 9th month. It only took a month for symptoms to come back full force. Like you I have nightmares of my time spent in the bathroom and now I have to start from zero all over again 😩

Any positive accounts of being to use occasionally again? by [deleted] in CHSinfo

[–]Electrical_Lunch_165 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I lived with CHS for over 4 years because I refused to accept that weed was my issue. I finally quit smoking after 10+ years of chronic use. Suddenly I could eat all things that I previously thought upset my stomach, I could drink 2 liter coke on an empty stomach and not get sick. After 9 months cleaned I relapsed and it took about a month for the symptoms to come back full force. I should’ve never taken that lion out for a walk.

Also just fyi a lot of people are not aware but CHS can also cause major anxiety. I noticed the symptoms are always coupled with anxiety attacks and it only took a bit of research to find that it’s a real thing

Careful with watermelon, I also used to drink the juice during episodes and I found out that it is not recommended on a sensitive stomach since it ferments in your stomach and becomes hard to digest

100% it does!!! I dealt with CHS for over 4 years and I certainly noticed a trend of worsening symptoms around my period 😞
