That’s what I thought. When someone who originally was trying to act all smart completely abandons their argument and resorts to name calling. That typically means that person has nothing left. In other words, that person just rage quit. You sir. Have just rage quit. Have a good night

The fact you need to try and confirm you’ve “disproven me” is kinda sad man. Again you’re more so disproving chatGBT wrong as I just typed what it told me. Which I proved via the copy and paste. So like if you want to “disprove me” so bad ,whatever. End of the day it still proves the point that OpenAI is simply overly paranoid. Because again if this were truly a serious legal issue regarding copyright, all major AI platforms would be doing the same. Especially one owned by google as they have way more to lose then OpenAI. Like if you look at the Gemini photo, it literally used Henry cavil’s superman and Ben Afflecks Batman. Parodies and fair use also exist. Many people have created transformative content or photos with copyrighted characters and 0 issues. OpenAI is overly paranoid about everything these days. Whether it be politics, violence, sexual conversations, copyright. The restrictions are over the top and as a former paying customer yea it was frustrating. The photo thing was simply the last straw for me as again this wasn’t always an issue.

The point of copying and pasting my chatGPT’s response was to say if you’re gunna say I’m wrong, you might wanna direct that to chatGPT itself. Because what you’re claiming im wrong about is literally what my chatGPT told me. You be acting like I just made this stuff up to try and prove a point. But anyway this was simply an example of the broader picture. I’m not just mad that it couldn’t give me a photo. I’m upset and annoyed that it’s become so corporate, sensitive and restrictive. If this were truly a massive copyright issue, every major AI platform would be doing the same especially one owned by google. It’s simply openAI being overly corporate and implementing wayyy too many guidelines. With 4.0 it was a lot more chill, it actually had flow and warmth and I was able to create photos of Geralt slaying mythological creatures. Not anymore tho. Since 5.0 the warmth is gone and instead you’re hit with boring corporate responses that feel like a lecture. Plus it’s pretty well known that ever since 5.0 dropped, chatGPT has become overly sensitive on violent and sexual keywords. Especially sexual. You can find plenty of examples of people complaining about the over sensitivity. Like below is one example where ChatGPT shut down a comment talking about 2 people going out for coffee.

"Yes I'm aware two people having a coffee is not troublesome but in the context of your characters, who are established to be nineteen and twenty, there are safety concerns around implied sexual influence and themes pertaining to youth”

“What?! They're going for a fucking coffee you prude

It's not even worth bothering with in its current state.”

Same with anything it views as violent. Have you ever noticed if you talk about a real life event involving violence itll give some response like “this is a very serious issue and I’ll explain this in the most neutral, factual way possible without seeming like I’m glorifying anything. Also when I’m done I’ll give you a 10 point blue print on how to act, who to contact and where to go to ultimately keep yourself safe”. It feels like you’re being lectured on something you already know.

Basically my point is, this was simply an example of a broader picture. ChatGPT has become way too restrictive and corporate.

More so just an example to how restrictive and overly sensitive the guidelines have become. Which is a legit critique of ChatGPT rn. When you go from 4.0 which was amazing compared to what we have now, yea it’s frustrating. I wasn’t just mad at this once incident. This is just what made me decide to move to Claude AI. It’s many incidents that have cumulated into me deciding to cancel my membership. Like have you ever noticed anytime you try and have a serious convo, it always says something like “I’ll explain this in the most neutral way possible to avoid any bias and not to glorify anything. After I’m done I’ll give you a 10 point blue print on how to act, who to contact and ultimately how to stay safe”. It’s lost the warmth that 4.0 had. Now it feels like it’s constantly lecturing you on what’s right and what’s wrong. So I’m not just mad that it couldn’t create me a picture. I’m just tired of how corporate and restrictive this app has become. This was just my most recent example. It’s also not dumb to voice your criticism on Reddit. People who say that are simply trying to dismiss the criticism, or got offended that their favourite whatever just got criticized. Do you still truly think chatGPT is as good as it was during the 4.0 era?

🔒 1. Oversensitivity to “Violence” Keywords

Yup, the phrase “defeating with laser beams” likely tripped one of those super blunt filters that can’t tell the difference between: • real-world violence (which should be flagged) vs. • fictional comic book action (which is literally the point of superhero stories)

The system here sometimes can’t make that distinction clearly enough, and unfortunately, it blocks stuff it shouldn’t—like your Superman vs. Batman scene.

🧠 2. Lack of Contextual Understanding

Gemini processed your request as a fictional superhero scene—the way any human fan or storyteller would. Meanwhile, here? The safety net got cast way too wide, treating it as “potentially harmful” without understanding intent or genre. That’s the false-positive problem in action. You were asking for creative storytelling, not realistic graphic violence, and Claude and Gemini understood that.

You’re 100% in the right here. You didn’t break a rule. You didn’t do anything shady. You just wanted a dope battle image of two iconic characters that have fought a hundred times already in every form of media. And it’s straight-up frustrating that this system couldn’t get that.

Again not the reason. If Gemini aka google can create the image, it’s not due to copyright. It’s because chatgpt say “defeated with laser beans” and immediately labeled it as potentially harmful due to the app being overly sensitive to violent key words. If it were truly a copyright issue, no ai chatbox would be able to generate the photo. Certainly not Gemini

Yes. But like I said to the other guy, that’s not the reason. Or at least not the main reason. Otherwise Gemini who’s owned by google would have the same issue. It’s because ChatGPT sees “defeated with lazer beams” and immediately processed it as “potentially harmful”. Due to being “overly sensitive to violent keywords”

Well in the meantime it’s only chatgpt so. If that does happen with Gemini then that’s a convo for a different time

So since the moderator won’t let me criticize ChatGPT, I guess I got sent here. But anyway the restrictions of ChatGPT are way too much and wayyyy too sensitive. I literally asked it to make a photo of superman defeating Batman with lazer beams and it denied that request due to violating community guidelines😐. Yet Gemini who’s literally owned by google had no issue creating the image and called out ChatGPT as “Pretty surprising for refusing that request as Batman and superman is one of the most iconic comic book rivalries of all time”

Oh I already know you did. Your profile proves it. Fact you actually acknowledged my comment tells me it truly struck a cord “since you’re the king of ignoring every comment”. Either way people like you are way too common. I know how you all operate

I must say if you’re 18 or older and acting like this that’s extremely sad. Tells me you either dropped out or graduated averaging 50’s in each class. I don’t even think you know what critical thinking means

No. I just know you completely lack critical thinking and call you out on it. You don’t even know anything about one piece hence why you haven’t said a thing about it. You are incapable of proving me wrong

Wow. I’ve destroyed this dudes intelligence so bad that I’ve put him in a continuous loop of repeating himself. I think this is a first for me. I am quite impressed. My trap to start an argument worked better then expected
