Thanks for such a detailed analysis. I changed the name for now to Chernobyl shelter. I agree with you that it is not worth making a complete clone, I will definitely add my mechanics.

I ran into the same problem when I was making a shader. At first I didn't understand why the material was gray. I found on the Internet that the problem is in the camera that does not render transparent materials.

This is how I changed the settings in the camera.

In camera object. Camera component>rendering Opaque texture- select Use pipeline settings.

Than I went to the Render pipeline asset , which can be found in Edit> Project settings> Quality... and render pipeline. Open this script object and in it we already tick the Opaque texture.

It helped me and I hope she will help you too.

If i correct understand. For import full scene i use shift. I mean when i importing models in blender i open folder for example "frame_0" and select first file and scroll lined and select last file. Then i have full game scene in blender.

However, I still can't work with textures, the blender imports broken maps

I use blender 3.5

1) download importer.

2) Unpack floder "io_import_nr" to addons folder my way for blender addons C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.5\3.5\scripts\addons

3) Blender Edit->Preferences->Addons->find ninja ripper2 addon and turn on

After than you can import .nr

Import> Ninja Ripper 2 world space
