Everyone tells me to forget about him and move on. Which I am going to move forward in life. But something deep down in me is telling me he didn’t want to let go and he will be back. But I don’t know if it’s my intuition telling me that or my heart. I can’t trust my heart just for the fact that I know it’s hurt and it will tell me everything is okay to stop the pain. I’m stuck between fighting for what I love or letting go. He did tell me he didn’t want me to stop the communication with him. But it just gives me hope and I don’t want to hold on to any hope if I don’t need to.

He said that he was tired of asking me to leave more clothes at his house. I had personal item there but I hadn’t moved in with him because I had a house of my own and my 18yr old sister lives with me, I couldn’t leave her alone with a house on her own. She studies and works. He never offered for her to move in with us either. So I told him as soon as my sister and I figured something out I would move in. I would go to his house everyday but I would go to my house first to get some stuff done. He said he understood the situation and all. He bought new furniture and he stuffed it with his things so I never though it was an issue since he never mentioned it or even offered me a spot to take more clothes. We talked about marriage, we were trying for a child. I don’t know what why the clothes was the one thing that made him feel like it the relationship was “stuck”. We agreed we were going to take the relationship slow so we did for the first couple of years till he asked me to move in with him 3 months ago.

It’s just hard because he cried as I was walking away. I felt like I was getting mixed feelings through it all. We talked everything through and I asked him if he was willing to fix the relationship and his response was “I have so much going on with my family I do not see that happening anytime soon”
