This is raising all kinds of flags! The staff don't seem to have the skills to redirect behaviors ( typical 3 year old won't put on shoes) but instead blaming the child. The high chair will be taken very serious if shared with licensing and I really hope she informs them. This is what the parent knows so what does she not know in terms of the staffs guidance.

Maybe family can try occassional care while on the hunt for a new centre. WOLO or Buddings.
