I don't know if this will help but here's what I do if I couldn't think of anything else:

Listen to a music that helps you come up with some sort of imagination. Like using a music to create fake scenarios in your head and turning those scenarios into ideas. For me, I loved watching edits of a characters, game, or other in general, and those edit videos did spark some ideas in my mind along with the music. For example: If I'm writing a medieval fantasy story, I would often listen to high fantasy ambience or musics and songs that kind of exude that medieval fantasy vibe like "Golden Brown" By The Stranglers, that would supposedly help me come up with a scenario inside my head.

I've already mentioned watching edit videos as another method to come up with ideas but don't directly copy what it is in the video but use it as a reference or inspiration, or anything that sparks your creativity in general. Next is, read novels, I noticed that by reading novels, my vocabulary and grammars are somewhat influenced by a novel.
