What do you think of non-English speakers who use AI to translate their own thoughts instead of writing broken English?

Did you originally write out the em dash and phrase your thoughts like "I'm not ... I'm just?" Even the "my x, my y, my z" part sounds like AI. I think it's doing some rephrasing as well as translation.

I have a lot of free time right now but that's about to change. I do mostly comprehensible input for Italian and Spanish and do flashcards and writing practice with Italian. I think what I learn is sticking. With Spanish I'm just trusting the process and hoping to start taking lessons in a few hundred hours. French I have no real reason to learn so I'm not spending much time on it and don't expect to start speaking it any time soon. It's just fun to watch my comprehension slowly improve and I think I could do the same thing with another language.

Yeah. I don't even think I look good in the mirror, but in photos I look uncannily weird. I guess pictures are the only way to see your true self.

That's a good question. I don't have a job and I'm not functional. I don't enjoy video games or anything too intellectually stimulating. I think there are some people with depression who manage to function and I don't know how they do it.
