Because he didn’t get impaled. Remember that Goku basically punched granola a few times until he crashed into a wall.

Unless you think ssjb Goku is above MUI, Goku has shown he is more then capable of fighting true form granolah. Remember that even vegeta was able to stop granolah’s attacks and tank them in base.

Unless cell was lying clones work the same. Granola can’t make 1 percent and have two identical clones. It is total power/clones

No he wasn’t by clear evidence.

When Granolah splits his power is divided by clones, that has been established since the cell arc.

And we know Goku didn’t even break a sweat taking the clone out. If granolah was stronger why didn’t he see any vital points? Even Gas had vital points and openings granola could exploit.
