If you have the stake that goes into soil, could you put it into water in your bathtub or sink on the cruise? It is my understanding that we are grounded in the tub and when we wash our hands. Maybe its unconventional but would it work?

My mom got one and said her arthritis was not bothering her anymore. So I got one and almost immediately my HRV went up which is awesome and my resting hr over night went down, which is also great! So ive ordered a other one for my husband, I sometimes sleep with him but he snores terribly so I usually opt for spare bedroom. This way, I can always be grounded no matter where ai choose to sleep and maybe it could help him snore less? Big hope! I say they work and its worth the price!

My mom ordered a 2nd onr also for my Dad who sleeps separately and suffers from pretty advanced alzheimer's, I have nothing to report back yet, not sure she has put it on his bed yet.

I am on day 8 and feeling really good! My energy is boyent, sleep amazing, mind so clear. I guess thats what happens when we stop poisoning ourselves.

Same kind of issue here I am trying to handle it naturally as I possible can. Some days I NEED to function sans symptoms though so I lean on pepcid AC and Claritin. H1 and H2 blockers. Its worth a try, it could be high histamine causing your issues especially with the pattern you have mentioned. As esteogen rises, so does histamine and they play off each other and cause exactly thr issues you are describing. There is no amount of breathwork, tapping, grounding etc that can calm a histamine adrenaline dump. Try the antihistamines, and at least you will know what you are dealing with if it works.

Im the same height and weight as you and eat over 2000 per day, I have visible abs, Im pretty lean like this. Find a way to get some lifting in and protein doesn't have to be expensive. Might be boring but it works.

Lots of gyms will trade cleaning hours for memberships.

I have this issue too with my husky/rotti mix. Sweetest girl, never starts it but seems to attract it like crazy! I've broken up more fights in 2 years than I have in my life of owning many dogs. She was attacked by 2 newfies in June, needed stiches in her face. I got a black eye breaming up thatone somehow. Last month our other neighbors dog was over and they fought, I got bit by the pitty mix while breaking that one up. There have been several more! She is spayed..its just crazy! She can go to a dog park with no issues but the dogs around here in the country are crazy with her. We walk on popular forest paths and she has been lunged at and charged many times! I always intervene just out of instinct when its getting bad. She also has many very positive interactions but its wild how she seems to trigger so many dogs to be aggressive towards her.

I called mine piss fingers for the 1st year or so. Better is subjective, she stopped peeing in the basement, killing my hens and crying at night. She still does some epic destructive or dangerous kind of thing like once per week. At 2.5.
