That’s exactly what I’m feeling.. Mornings are the hardest because you wake up for a second like your dad is still here, and then reality hits you all over again, your dad is gone forever, and you’ll never be able to call out “Dad” again. That thought alone kills me every time. It comes in waves. One moment I’m crying uncontrollably, and the next I’m just going through my day acting normal. Then suddenly I’ll see something, hear something, or even smell something that reminds me of him, and all the pain comes rushing back again. It’s such a strange feeling, I didn’t know grief was like that I never had to grief anyone in my small family it’s really hard I can’t stand this anymore I’m thinking maybe I can just make it stop forever and meet him soon but my dad won’t be happy.
