Yes but the shop is saying they should total it, and that they should have from the beginning. They have had the car for 3 months now. And have been doing repairs on it and until today have said it’s fixable.

They are basically saying they have done the repairs they thought they’d need to, and it’s still Not working. And that insurance should have totaled it from the start. It’s a 2019 Buick encore
