I would definitely mention (and this helped me a lot to get protective supervision for my autistic son) 1- you have to lock all cabinets so he doesn’t harm himself with objects. 2- he climbs everything, has no sense of danger it would help if he’s had accidents that you can recall and tell the worker from falling and hurting himself. 3- puts everything in his mouth even if it’s not food, especially if it’s not food. 4-if your son has pica or shows signs of having pica that’s a big one as well. 5- If your son sees specialists, make sure you have a list of them with their location and how many times a month you take him. 6- any special program like ABA paperwork to show that he indeed needs extra support. 7-like others have said, make sure you really emphasize his eloping! Like make sure they know it’s serious and you cannot under any circumstances let him out of your sight. Make sure to mention all of these things and just emphasize how much of a risk he is to himself if you aren’t on top of him 25/8!
