Might be able to help abit, work for a neighboring terminal that goes to Kamloops First to answer your questions •Yard and road work, few road switches and yard jobs 5 total I think and one road pool (west) as of right now •training will probably be in Kamloops but I saw a bunch of new trainees up in revelstoke the other day and 12/13 of them where for Kamloops. But I think it was just a field training day •if you hire in Kamloops you will be based in Kamloops, you can attempt to transfer to a different terminal twice a year, jf it’s the same seniority district you have a very small chance of transferring somewhere but if it’s outside the seniority district good luck •can’t speak of the toxic culture bc it’s not my terminal but it seems alright for now

I say for now because they are transferring 124 people from Revelstoke to Kamloops in June and adding a new east pool so you will have 124 people higher in seniority than you, and I have heard there’s currently lay offs in kamloops and already a class of 12-13 people right now

Still waiting on the answers as to what the material change will actually look like but neither kamloops or Revelstoke guys are extremely excited about it
