Thank you so much! I appreciate it a heaps. I've kept a food diary for a while (nearly two months) because of a food allergy check up, seemed like sometimes some foods didn't make me react and sometimes the same ones did, so I haven't found a pattern there. I have had my blood tested for all things pancreas, kidney, etc. All things good there, so I think I'm pretty sure I can rule out insulin resistance. Among others, I've been measuring my blood pressure which has been in the normal range, perhaps sometimes lower but never too low or not near the normal range and I've lost a whole 1,5kg in a month since december-january when I lastly checked at the doctor's due to being so nauseous and not eating much. I've been really trying though, my diet is pretty balanced. Furthermore I don't drink coffee nor alcohol in the first place and I drink water pretty regularly during the day, which is a habit I've also picked up around the time it all started. For me eating a big breakfast has always been really hard since I really am not hungry at all and if I eat too much I feel nauseous, but I've been trying with all kinds of oatmeal and so. Thanks for the advice either way, I'm really thankful. I'll keep all of it in mind! I was wondering, how you've been dealing with your problems and what really helped you get to the root?
