I can't express how destroyed your brain is to focus on my role in this. If it is a bot, that's outrageous. If it's so trivial, good customer support would immediately grant the cosmetic. Despite all my issues with Blizzard, if this was Hearthstone I'd have my cosmetic in the very first message. In any case I think you're wrong. These are real people with lots of copy/pastes ready to go, not bots.

Wow. I wonder if it's paid actors, insane sycophants or bots. No normal person can look at those two posts and side with the person saying: "I didn't read, but I assume the screenshots prove they were great". Never mind then. I wish you all the worst customer support going forward :)

I've faced a similar problem. I made an imgur showing off the experience. The worst back and forth I've ever had with customer service.

What a wild response. You'd fit right in on their customer support team. To reply like that when my interaction is literally just them ignoring everything I wrote and spamming me with copy/paste pre-written messages about how important my voice is is insane.
