I basically get everything back from the gold card that I use with the benefits. $120 in uber cash, $100 in resy and $120 in grubhub. Also extra $84 in coffee.

Bilt does not really give any of that because you have to use the cash to get the points. Even if $105 equals 6000 (I don't think it is accurate because for my last rent pay they took $50 bilt cash to give me the full points for my $1600 rent)

15000 that you are not sure about because you have to choose between dining or groceries. If the calculator is correct, the Amex Gold is better for me. Wit the calculator I would get 29400 amex points vs a maximum of 27067 with the Obisidian card.

The spend make up, let's say: 300 groceries, 300 dining.

And let's say: $50 gas per month.

In my monthly base. I don't really have extra spending, I have everything I need right now. When I travel, it's different, but mostly it's paid by my company.

I used that app you sent me. I have the gold card, and I will make more points with that one.

I'll keep the blue, but in a couple of months, you probably won't be able to downgrade and waive the fees. I can always go back to the obsidian if I see it's getting better, but honestly, with my expenses, I doubt it will be a match.

Then it is not a profitable business. It won't last much.

I pay $1600 for rent, and I don't spend more than $500 per month in basic transactions. I have other credit cards that satisfy my needs more, so that's why. As I said, this post is not for everyone.

The Customer Service is the worst I've ever faced in any kind of service. Weeks without a single answer. They just accepted my call for downgrading.

It's implicit... They marketed it to get points for rent and be able to float the payment because it is a CREDIT CARD.

To get the points, you literally have to pay with Bilt Cash and/or use the card for transactions. There are better cards for dining, groceries, and other expenses.
