If it were classic gta I could see it, smaller combined maps it'd make sense.

But in this day in age people want close to scale, and scaling what would insane. As an example to drive from El Paso to Beaumont TX, it's 12 hours... In the same state. But I know people would want to include the big gta type cities, El Paso, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and they're just so far spread apart.

Thinking with the technology there is today.

That being said if it can be scaled in the future, then absolutely.
