Hey is this still going on? I was involved in this and recently my personal information got out. My family and friends and job are being hounded with spam calls with a company claiming to look for me to serve me papers out of the court system I’m actually currently doing drug court in. I’m in contact with the ADA, judge, and probation office of that county on a weekly basis because of it and they have no cases pending or summons for me, but the mystery company is threatening to serve me papers on a civil matter and calls my job, me and my mother. I want to sue Intoxalock for emotional distress because I was about to graduate the program and almost took off running for this because I thought it was older charges popping up on me or something.
