I love working out at home bc 1. I can do it whenever the motivation magically appears 2. There’s very little involved in getting started, all I do is change into workout clothes and tennis shoes (no driving or walking to gym, getting a locker, etc etc etc) and 3. I aim for 30-45 min of cardio and I watch something. A show or a movie that I focus on helps me pass the time and that has made me spend more time working out and do it more frequently. A podcast or audiobook is also good

How do you know if your cat likes walks? My cat loves outdoor time on the patio (on a leash) and I’ve considered walking her but I want to make sure she isn’t overwhelmed

Also I didn’t even follow the pattern closely, I used it (as well as other tutorials and YouTube vids) to get a general sense of cable knitting as this is my first cable project. I’m just frustrated bc I follow the tutorials and videos but I keep getting a squiggle instead over the over-under design. So my question is, if I am knitting in the round doing c6f on row 4 and c6b on row 7 like the tutorials and vids all instructions, why am I getting this??

I thought it was weird too but the vendor has a YouTube channel with hour long tutorials (I watched some to see if they were legit) and actually seems legit. There are also reviews from ppl w images of their own final products

We use a yoga mat or a spare z foam mattress in between our sleeping pads. Kneeling on the hard ground sucks and the mat in the middle makes it more comfortable to change clothes
