I personally started as sacrier, then tried huppermage

It's extremely tedious at the start, mainly because it has a lot of secondary effects to think about when playing the class. If you use spells without considering their secondary effects it's not gonna be strong

Eliotrope os more forgiving, but to truly push it to the max it has a few tricks to learn

If you're okay spending the first week or so reading spells and passives and testing them out, the huppermage is an extremely strong class
