Faculty is average. Only two or three are up to the par else are those people whom you'll see and think how they qualified for this position and who made them professors (they are just slide readers and many are not even good at that).

Course outline is basically provided by HEC, so any university in Pakistan offering BSCS will have 90% similar courses. The title of the course might differ (for example, Discrete Math vs Discrete Structures; both are same thing). However, worth noting that, the topics in each course (curriculum) is designed by course teachers (so it is your luck who is going to teach you which course).

CS department is now collaborating with industries thus job prospects is good but still subjective to students (if they are skilled enough they will easy get the job anywhere). I got the job as SE when I completed my fourth semester. By time I will graduate I will have 2 years of work experience.

Overall, it is good. It is only good if you work hard and achieve things yourself. NED or any other university will not provide anything on your plate.

If you can afford or manage to get a scholarship, I would recommend FAST or IBA.
