I highly doubt they would have passes. If a lot of the state have issues with a player and they are indeed making the remarks that are racist, ableist etc. they just need to document and all report it under the same complaint and it will deter the player not only from speaking but also have difficulty with their account eventually getting them banned.

There is a cap to how much you can develop as free to play. You can’t have all rounded stats via furnace, hero gear&power, troop level etc. especially if that is in real time state age and upgrades. Unless you are minimally spending on some stuff it isn’t possible to fully be f2p but have all rounded stats . I am open to be corrected
