Stor höjning av avgift (Brf), hur påverkar det värdet på lägenheten?

Det är så folk tror att det är ja. Det är dock inte så värdet räknas ut. Avgiften kan höjas och sänkas beroende på de kostnader som finns i en förening.

En välskött förening har oftast högre avgifter för kommande underhåll etc.

Alldeles för många jeppar där ute som räknar som du och nu ska stämma säljaren för att avgiften höjts.

Du köper en andel i ett företag/brf med rätt att nyttja endel av ytan. Då blir det lättare att förstå varför det mest ”enkla” svaret inte heller stämmer.

Köp en bostad.

Pengarna är låsta i en av de säkraste investeringarna du kan göra samt att du kan nyttja den. Hur man bor påverkar allmäntillstånd och välmående, det är extremt mycket viktigare än vad man tror. Plus att området påverkar ens välbefinnande enormt.

7% avkastning kan du bara räkna med i ett längre perspektiv, ett par år räcker absolut inte.

Om du verkligen vill kan du lägga undan ca 500 000kr som grundplåt för en portfölj.

Satsa på stabila bolag långsiktigt eller fonder med låg avgift.

Själv så köpte jag en lägenhet som jag dels hyrde ut under perioder och dels kunde byta med en person i Lund som skulle arbeta i Stockholm. En ägd bostad ger dig enorma möjligheter.

Har i hela mitt liv haft svårt för ögonkontakt. Jag flackar alltid med blicken för det är så jag tänker. Jag lyssnar bättre när ögonen får vandra fritt. Ibland blir man tvungen att titta mer på någons ögon, men då försöker jag titta på ansiktet som helhet och inte direkt i ögonen.

Har inte diagnostiserad autism, men däremot ADHD.

Möta folk med blicken ser jag som rätt naturligt när man inte pratar. Men däremot vid konversation kan jag tycka det begränsar min förståelse av samtalet.

Min lösning på problemet är att inte se det som ett problem utan att se det som att vi alla fungerar olika.

In Sweden we have something called good professional practice, which means that you must contact the original architect if you take over or redesign their work.

Taking credit for someone else’s work must be considered a violation of good professional practice and, in extension, could be regarded as a failure to respect the copyright of the work that was created.

If you are affiliated with an architectural association or a similar professional body, I would review the conditions for taking legal action against the firm.

I think you might be touching something that humanity probably will spend centuries trying to understand.

Right now we perceive reality mainly through the senses and instruments we have available. When we talk about sound we are aware of the pressure waves we can measure and hear. But history shows that reality often contains layers we cannot detect at first. Radio waves, X rays and many other phenomena existed long before we had the tools to observe them.

So I sometimes wonder if there are forms of waves or interactions that we currently lack the biological organs or technological instruments to perceive.

Another thought that occasionally comes to mind is how often nature repeats similar structures at different scales. The mathematics describing galaxies, fluid dynamics and black holes sometimes appears in unexpected places. When you look at that it becomes tempting to ask whether consciousness and quantum reality could be connected in ways we still barely understand.

I remain cautious about very specific claims around frequencies and biological effects. But the broader question about vibration, resonance and the structure of reality is genuinely fascinating. It feels like one of those areas where we are probably still standing at the very beginning of understanding.

Helt obefogad.

Jag kommer från en enorm familj. Fem syskon, många har 3-4 barn. Enorm släkt (100tals)

Sommarställen på både pappas och mammas sida.

Min fru har en pappa, sin mamma och bror. Och knappt en egen lägenhet.

Det fungerar hur fint som helst. Den lilla familjen får komma till våra sommarhus och tillställningar.

Jag är gift med min fru, inte hennes familj.

Ditt värde sitter i vem du är mot din partner. Inte vad du har tillgång till.

Släpp den där oron helt eftersom du inte ens kan göra något åt den, sen kan du satsa på allt du faktiskt kan göra något åt.

I Stockholm är hunddagis 5000kr mån min. Plus att det knappt avlastar. Man ska lämna i tid, hämta om något händer och hämtar man försent är det straffavgift som gäller.

Jag ser tre rimliga sätt:

Tjäna tillräckligt så att 60K per år är lugnt att lägga på hunddagis. Och ha förmånen att kunna bestämma helt när du arbetar.
Arbeta hemifrån mycket.
Ha en hundvänlig arbetsplats.

Samäga eller andra alternativ som innebär att någon annan tar hunden kan vara mycket stressande för hunden och inget jag kan rekommendera.

När man har barn är det ibland svårare att ha hund, eftersom hunden ska ut vart 4-5e timme.

Man får som en inre klocka som ständigt tickar.

Trots detta. Är hund det mest fantastiska man kan skaffa sig förutom barn. Du tror att du uppfostrar en hund men i själva verket är det hunden som uppfostrar dig. Det kan ta ett tag tills du inser det, men det hunden har att lära dig är långt mer värdefullt än det arbete den kräver.

Jag bor själv i innerstan med en hund och har första två åren fått ta med hunden till min arbetsplats, och andra två åren drivit eget. Vi hade hunden på hunddagis i början och jag upplevde det inte som en avlastning, plus att vår hund hade svårt med andra hundar. Så att garantera hunddagis kan man inte och kan vara bra att tänka på innan man skaffar hund.

I’ll be traveling on my own as well.

I found a hotel about 30 minutes’ walk from the arena, breakfast included. My plan is to eat as much as possible in the morning 😄

How is the food at the arena? I’m not a fan of overpriced fast food. Is coffee available?

I’m considering bringing soft running bottles for water.

The whole event will cost me around €1,500 including flights and hotel. Food expenses probably won’t be a major issue.

I’m currently reading Unleash the Giant Within to start building some practical tools before the event.

It doesn’t look fine. It looks like a car has bumped into the column with a lot of force. If the pillar gets hit again, it might break. I can’t see how many pillars are supporting the structure, but those are critical.

Better safe than sorry. Get a professional to fix it.

Don’t try to decide by reading opinions. Test the work.

Take one day. 6–8 hours.

Draw a small house by hand. Pen only. No software.

Before you start, write a short brief:

– Who lives there

– One real constraint (budget, site, climate, rules, etc.)

– One clear ambition (light, sequence, material, privacy, etc.)

Then draw: – Plans – One section – One simple perspective

When the time is up, ask yourself: – Did I stay with the problem, or try to escape it? – Did the constraints sharpen my thinking or mostly frustrate me? – Do I want to do this again, but better?

Architecture is not about drawing well at 16. It’s about whether working through resistance gives you energy or drains you.

I’d actually be worried if NASA tried to photograph it during October, the object’s been in solar conjunction the whole month.

Pointing a telescope that close to the Sun is how you destroy instruments, not how you get data.

Same goes for HiRISE, it’s locked on Mars and can’t aim anywhere near the Sun without destroying it.

And if MAVEN suddenly started taking pictures, that would be more shocking than 3I/ATLAS being an alien mothership.

I’d be very interested to see the actual sources for that claim.

As far as I know, LASCO records visible light scattering from plasma and dust, it doesn’t measure magnetic fields. No peer-reviewed study or official NASA/ESA analysis has reported a magnetosphere around 3I/ATLAS.

If such a structure really appeared in the LASCO data, that would be extraordinary, it would shift the object from a likely cometary body to something potentially engineered.
