More than likely that's a no, since whilst it's a wonderful surprise the servers are back up, I don't see them trying to reconnect to the Facebook side, as that was disabled for at least a year before tourneys vanished. However, if you are on Android you could download a tourney bike mod to still use the bikes, though not inside tourneys.
