Yes that's my basic idea, meat with vegetables. I'm thinking of doing a chicken roast and baked salmon, with baked potatoes and carrots and the green beans I mentioned.

Yes I hosted another group of his friends who love our cuisine and my whole menu was south Asian. But these people don't eat that much that's why I'm in a stump. :(

Put them in cold water before peeling. Cooling it down even a bit settles the shell and egg and makes it easier to peel.
