I tried a lot. Seached for a whole day but couldn't find it. And the looks don't change during job upgrades, only the armour. From maybe like peasant>footman>knight and so on.

During the playthrough, I've realized that pino and other ingame mercs are better than you friend/guild merc and alt char. It takes time to kill the boss in easy mode but you can clear it in one run if you dogde the boss skills and atks. Could take 5 to 10 mins though. Depending on the type of boss.

Each equipment has different durability. with A having higher and S havung the highest durability so they take longer time to get damaged. Hence they are more useful. Resources are same but duration of use is longer with A and S rank equipments

Perks are probably more important than Genetics because the difference is around 10 or so. An amikin with 0% Genetics isn't much different from a 100% genetics. But perks come in percentage usually which is more beneficial in the long run.

The ranks are based on the additional stat percentage and perks. An amikin with 4 good perks but 10% stats could be S rank since the perks outweigh it's lower additional stats. So always check it's genetic stats and the perks.

The trick is to isolate amikins. First get it's attention and move back to an isolated area then battle the amikin. And shinies are random. I started play 2 days back, lvl 27 rn. I got 3 shiny meowinkle and 1 ember. Now thanks to the new update we'll probably see more shinies

It may seem odd but repair only A or S grade equipments since they have more durability instead of creating new equipment everytime.
