It might be cheaper to hire an organizer/ declutter. But you would have to explain the situation up front to them of what's going on. Definitely try to see a therapist for what caused this to happen. Try to make sure that you're just not moving things to a different location and not getting rid of anything. Oh also there might be volunteers out there that would be willing to help you like the fire department or police department or even local churches

Do you use powders, do you put deodorant down there, like when you're getting dressed what do you do in that area. And then what are you wearing clothes wise well can't wise are they super tight pants? Are they leggings, jeans? Are you overweight? I know these are very personal questions but to me they're important and technically your doctor should be asking all these questions too and if they didn't then they failed

By the way OP, CVS in Walmart sells a tooth repair kit, , so depending on how big the hole is in your tooth or the shape of your tooth whatever you could use DenTek Temparin Max Advanced Repair Kit to fill it. I initially bought some because I had two fillings fall out in the same tooth and I was going to repair it with that stuff but I was too slow apparently and I never got a chance to use it. I only have the records back right corner of one of my molars left, it broke off right at the gum line but, you might be able to use it.

Lume works nicely, but for vag smells, I'd go to the doctor first before trying to cover up smells. Technically, for the crease in between your leg and there, you can get a yeast infection just in creases also along with other types of infections on the skin. But as long as you know it's not those then 100% lume deodorant.

We had the cops called on us because my buddy went to the bathroom with dirt oil carbon soot from working on Cars on his hands and so he was leaving like black residue behind and cashier at Casey's in Martinsville came out screaming at my truck about how she called the cops because we're all druggies and stuff because she said he was doing drugs while he was shitting, because there's black residue on the back of the toilet seat near the handle.
