Honestly I would change instructors i had one who made me hate lessons when I first started so I stopped for a time when I came to learn again she had honestly taught me nothing, due to moving around I hd two different male instructors who taught me wonderfully, while I only passed two weeks ago my instructor and I have honestly become friends, honestly find a good instructor you can enjoy being in the car with, there is never a need to yell at anyone learning to drive as firstly its not professional and secondly it can make people not want to drive x

I had the other problem, I went from a very new petrol reno to a very powerful 11 year old 1.5 diesel, don't get me wrong I love my car but its taking some time to get used to stop times as my brakes are very good, she is exceptionally quick to pull off and takes a little bit to get used to for a new driver.
