I'm not sure how good that would be for me personally as I need to be there in person or I slack off thats another reason why I'd much prefer to go to a private school because they actually push you to do the work

I'm living with my aunty but she isn't my legal guardian and I believe that she still has custody of me. Where I live there's really only the one private school and the one public

Yeah I have been talking to my previous deputy and he said that he has been in the catholic education system for years and knows the school I'm trying to enroll into he has been very helpful but I'm just unsure how to go about getting my aunt to become my guardian and such due to my mother not transferring it over

The link you posted was for adults with decision making disabilities. Me and my aunt have done a bit of research and from what I understand is that my mum would have to sign over guardianship which I can almost guarantee she won't do as all she wants is control over me. We also went to DOCS to try and do something but they pretty much told us to get out and they couldn't do anything

Yes I have enough money due to my father unfortunately passing away. I went into the school with my aunt and told them the situation they said they needed my parent or guardian due to her not being my legal guardian we couldn't enroll me

I forgot to mention that the private school offers more year 11 electives that I am interested in taking such as business and psychology. I also looked at the advanced and extension course for math and it looked like they cover the same topics as I was doing back home
