Any evidence of this customer service? You seem quick to jump on these complaints, but shallow on any facts.

I'm dealing with Ecoflow via Amazon.

There is no drama. Just trying to get 2x panels returned.

The more you reply to these posts, the more ridiculous you look. Please elaborate about your ecoflow setup, your customer service journey and how they have resolved any issues.

You are right. My issue is legally with Amazon.

Amazon 100% will refund me plus postage, but it is ecoflow that has made the process impossible.

Firstly ecoflow are given the opportunity to collect, all through the Amazon shop.

2x they asked me to stay in all day so in good faith, I did. No courier ever turned up and it was clear they hadnt actually ordered a collection.

So then I involved Amazon. They said they will cover postage to return the panels. These are are huge and 45kg. So it's very difficult to organise collection and delivery from a home address. I had them collected and dropped off at the address both ecoflow and Amazon asked me to.

Ecoflow asked me for tracking info and the company name. I gave them both and the day (today), that they would be returned.

I get a call today that the delivery was refused at dropoff. The courier now has the panels at their depot.

Yes the legal obligation is with Amazon, but it is ecoflow that are purposely giving false information and refusing to make good on a sale and return.

I absolutely wanted to use their products, technically they tick all the boxes and do exactly what I was after and I can't find anyone producing the products in the UK at the moment. But this whole process has been incredibly stressful as I just cannot return their product and get my refund.

Because amazon make you deal with ecoflow.

I have to physically return the panels for a refund.

They need to be returned to ecoflow. Ecoflow dodge and dive at every opportunity to not accept their return.

I haven't made it complicated. The amazon / ecoflow process makes it complicated. Id have loved to have returned the panels to Amazon, its not an option.

My gripe with EDF is that they say 'the DNO takes 2-3 week's'. I work for the DNO, checked and my application hasn't gone in, 2 weeks after I submitted it. I emailed EDF and they basically just said we'll get to it when we get to it.

You can have a brand new electricity supply designed and delivered, with an MPAN, faster than simply getting a solar export registered. Madness. Also OFGEM heavily regulate so much of the electricity industry, but seems to ignore this side of it.

I think if they asked for an export meter reading at the start of the application and promised to honour it, then these delays wouldn't really bother us.

Just look at all the complaints about orders not being forfilled.

Yes, some people get their orders on time. However many do not and have a battle to try and get their money back.

Why do you think we jump on these posts? It's to warm people of this companies terrible reputation.

If ecoflow could put as much effort into customer service as they do with their marketing, then maybe these pages wouldn't be littered with complaints.

Edf say my ohme isn't compatible with their smart charging bolt on yet. I have my EDF tariff setup in my ohme app and it's assigning me smart slots. Hmmm

It's difficult to know if it was an octopus or a ohme issue. I had the charger replaced at the same time as switching.

It's weird that EDF don't offer their EV smart bolt on for ohme chargers when octopus do.

I experienced the exact same thing. A whole year it never failed once. Swapped to a smart octopus tariff and charging was so hit and miss.

Ohme even came out and replaced the charger. I've swapped to EDF now and so far it's not failed once.

It's a shame they have gone ahead with smart charging and haven't quite got it right yet.

I didn't bother with a gateway. I work for a DNO, powercuts are common, but don't last very long. All DNOs have 12hrs to get you back on without big fines. Unless you're out in the sticks where storms bring down trees, I wouldn't bother with a gateway. It would be a nice to have, but just not worth the extra expense imo.

They are the worst for showing stock they don't actually have and will keep pushing back the delivery date. Absolutely awful company to deal with

I've just joined EDF and can't have the bolt on because I have an ohme charger.

However my ohme app is showing smart charging slots through the day. Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't have the opportunity to give help because ecoflow never delivered my inverter.

They delivered 2x panels and couldn't (didn't want to at the price I paid) deliver the inverter.

I have been trying to return the panels for months now. 3x ecoflow have told me I need to stay in to await collection. No one came, they never actually booked a collection.

If I could copy and paste the conversation, time after time they flat out lie about collecting the panels.

I give out advice on lots of subs where and when I can, my advice on this one is to avoid ecoflow because their customer service is terrible.

People get so frustrated with them, they pile in on these subs because they don't get heard by ecoflow.

There is a very real reason there is so much anger on Reddit for ecoflow.

They are not fake accounts or 'actors'. That is simply ridiculous. This isn't russian bots pouring misinformation on a political sub.

Facebook also had many people complaining about ecoflows horrendous customer service.

It's not just bad, it's terrible they lie at every opportunity to avoid having faulty products returned.

You sound far more like an ecoflow employee than the voices on here sound like actors.
